In TABLESMASHERS, you play as board game characters fighting to get that coveted spot at your table. Each character boasts unique Strikes and Abilities derived from their home game, battling each other in dynamic 2-player 2D fighting game-style action.
Each turn, players secretly choose from a variety of Actions, then reveal them simultaneously. What will you do?
A simple Fast Strike?
A powerful Slow Strike?
Dodge your opponent with a Dash?
Jump over them?
Block and retaliate?
Or take a risk and Focus into the perfect counterattack?
Whichever player wins that exchange will gain Advantage, and perform Combos by spending that Advantage.
Psych your opponent out by openly Charging one of your Actions before revealing them, adding a layer of mind games into the mix.
Do you Jump over the Fireball they’re Charging? Or is that a bluff to get you to leap into an uppercut to the face?
